west bletchley [0] v city colts[2]semi-final cit.cup.u16s. well another fantastic result today.to reach the mk dons cup final.with the county cup final next week it just gets better.And i would like to say a very big thankyou to the west bletchley staff and boys,at the end of the match they were superb,all wishing us well for both finals.west bletchley in the last 4 years have been secound to none,and as a manager i realise you dont just get to that standard through talented players,you have to have a good coach,good manager,all the minerals.west bletchley have had great coaching,and organisation to boot.i think what w bletchley have achieved over the years should be applauded.But i have to say all my expectations of our squad has bore fuit this season.i am very pleased for the boys that have been here since toddlers.and also past managers and coaches the last one being barry hills.I would like to thank our little coach paul who doesnt hold no prisoners,we know its made the difference.we could do the treble o we could win nothing,what will be will be,but you boys have excited me with your great football,and dedication its been a priveledge to be your manager.i would like to congatulate woodside the 2nd year a 2nd division team has reached the final.terrific.but as a manager would like to send commeserations on the way blisworth lost the final.thats football love it or hate it. back to our game. as usual nothing between both teams.in the first half we missed a sitter had some good chances,but our keeper chris pulled of some exellent saves.h/t.0-0.in the secound half i felt the only difference was the fitness as we seemed to win the first ball,and seem to want it more.daniel simpson wanting to prove a point,put us 1-0 up with a good finish.Then scotty bitra who had a great game extended our lead 2-0.Even with 5 mins to go i knew game not save as i know what w bletchley capable off.But the boys held on for another great win.Thankyou to west bletchley for the last 5 years of quality footbALL,AND THANKYOU TO MY BOYS for raiseing the bar to make you one of the best teams in the county as results as proved.We pray we can finish the job off.once again well done to our final opponents woodside,and commeserations to blisworth,a cruel way to bow out,but like i said a fine line between success and failure.today.our squad.chris illingworth.andre murrell.robbie motteshead.tamin salim.jason ilunga.jason sykes.ben ford.mark hunn.dougie.daniel simpson.scotty bitra.luke chapman.grady fryer.shaun glassett.tyler trower.and mr.hobble ashley dumbleton.away jacob prichard.cup tied alex moyle.goals.daniel.s. and scotty b.cheers all martin.
