West bletchley[2]v city colts[2].league div.one. Well where do i start.Emotions all over the place, but this is what makes football great.I apolagise if i come across as big headed after this report,i dont mean to i just am full of emotions. The goals have now been achieved we are champions of our league and champions of the county.Next week the boys can go down in mk border counties history by achieveing something that can never be surpassed the treble.Standing in our way are woodside rovers who won div.2.today,and to get to the final woodside have beat 3 good div.1.teams.Ofcourse we wont take them lightly, but how we have turned this title round the boys are in no mood to let the treble go now.I would be the first to congratulate them if they won,but my fergie mindgames seem to work against brackley. And we will win at the mk dons next week and do the treble. Not big headed confidence in my teams will to win and ability.May i say blisworth and west bletchley done football proud. Both teams who supposedely had nothing to play for played out of their skins. That was pride of great teams.like i said fine line between success and failure. When west bletchley equalised the players and fans went mad,i have no problem with that, its a compliment. This is how competitive this league has been this season, ended up just 6 but west bletchley have finished relegated although wont affect league next season. But as you will all find when you get to 16 and 17 yr.olds.reliability for one thing or another wains. All i can say to west bletchley players and coaches, youve nothing to be down about. For the last couple of years you were the top team who set the bar.i am proud to go above that bar which we needed to do.Well done to blisworth i know a league is won over a season, but you came through for us today.many thanks. To brackley athletic i know you must feel gutted, and this a cliche, but you took us to the wire,be proud of your squad.Back to the game.west bletchley drew first blood a good goal.1-0.Then on the stroke of half time dougie a great finish.1-1.h/t.In the secound half jason sykes headed home to give us a 1-2.lead.news was filtering through that blisworth were 1-0.up.The title was comeing to middleton. Then west bletchley were awarded a penalty.goal.2-2.News came through brackley had equalised.title on way to brackley. With 5 mins to go news brackley still 2-2.The final whistle went 2-2.Straight on the dog and bone with 3 mins to go blisworth had scored.3-2.You couldnt write this script. As my mobile credit run down,i could actually hear the full time whistle go at blisworth. We were champions. The bubbly was flowing players coaches parents fans went berserk. No more then these set of boys deserve.Champions of the league and county.Next week the finale.what ever happens that night at our disco it will be party party party...Thanks to all div.one teams who made this such a competive league.Well done my boys, coach paul, and parents.Scorers today.dougie.jason sykes.many thanks cheers martin.
